PIEZUS flowmeters are widely used for commercial and technical metering of liquids in various industries. Due to a number of advantages, the most widespread is the use of two physical principles of operation: ultrasonic and electromagnetic. PIEZUS offers consumers both variants of such devices, which measure the flow and volume of the passed liquid in forward and reverse direction.
NovaMAG – a series of electromagnetic flowmeters that provide high accuracy and measurement stability. A HART interface output option is available. Available in compact and separate versions. The NovaMAG electromagnetic flowmeter is available in a wide range of nominal diameters. A choice of flanged, hygienic and sandwich connections are available. It can have up to two inlets for temperature sensors and one inlet for a pressure sensor. Flow and volume are measured in two directions – forward and reverse.
PIEZOSONIC – a series of flowmeters that belong to the time-pulse ultrasonic flowmeters. The devices are designed to measure the volumetric flow rate of homogeneous, conductive and conductive liquids. PIEZOSONIC flowmeters are produced in various versions, differing in the design of the measuring section, number of channels, operating range and a number of other parameters. Piezoelectric transducers (PETs) are used in ultrasonic flowmeters. PETs transmit and receive ultrasonic pulses, and the difference in the time of signal travel in the direction along the flow and against the flow is proportional to its velocity. One pair of PETs is required for each beam of the flowmeter.
